Marketing Action Planning
Marketing Action Plan (MAP) development is a proven process that provides a detailed framework of marketing strategies that cause desired actions. This process helps organizations prioritize their marketing strategies—and helps us uncover what sets them apart, what their challenges are, and where their areas of growth may be. The objective of this “road map” is to help guide clients’ marketing efforts across all channels—print, web, interactive, social, broadcast, etc.

What is it?
Establish a measurable metric of success for your organization.

Identify Who
Who are the target audiences that will contribute to achieving that success?

Define What
What will each target audience need to do in order for your organization to achieve success?

Determine Why
What does each target audience need to believe about your organization in order for them to fulfill their roles in your success?

Recommend How
A prioritized list of marketing efforts that will influence each target audience’s beliefs in order for them to fulfill the roles that will result in your success.

The assigned Stamp project team works collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop the Marketing Action Plan. The result provides a long-range strategic plan to help guide marketing efforts.
